The RISE Program at Promises Sober Living is our structured Phase One designed for mothers entering early recovery who need stability, safety, and immediate support. This foundational level provides 24/7 accountability, case-management check-ins, daily routines, and a trauma-informed environment where women can reset, rebuild, and prepare for long-term success. RISE focuses on early sobriety stabilization, parenting support, and connection to community resources, helping moms establish the habits and confidence needed to progress into the THRIVE and EMPOWER phases.
