              RISE Weekly Rate
The Rise phase is where the recovery journey begins — a supportive and structured environment designed to help women stabilize and build a foundation for long-term success. This stage includes daily morning meetings with staff, connection with peers, and hands-on guidance to help residents develop healthy routines and confidence.
The Rise phase typically lasts 30–60 days, depending on each woman’s progress and readiness to transition into the Thrive phase. During this time, clients focus on building consistency, exploring employment opportunities, and establishing accountability.
Participants attend three community recovery meetings each week, engage in daily meetings with staff, and follow structured curfew and house expectations. The focus is on job searching, maintaining sobriety, and showing consistent engagement in both personal growth and the recovery community.
By the end of this stage, residents begin to find balance, confidence, and direction — the groundwork needed to truly thrive.
